What if I'm a beginner rider? Or expert level rider?
This retreat is truly all levels!
Suitable for everyone from beginner riders to long-time shredders.
Post-registration, you’ll receive a skills assessment questionnaire that will help us determine your skill set and riding level.
We will use that information to divide riders up into small riding groups sorted by skill level to ensure that everyone has just the right amount of challenge and the most fun possible.
How does the referral program work?
Give $100, get $100. Invite 1 of your friends to register and we’ll refund you both $100! Simply share the referral code found in your registration confirmation email with your friend and be sure they enter the code at checkout. Once that code comes through the system, you will each automatically be refunded $100!
More Details:
-
Refunds are issued via BikeReg to the card originally charged.
-
No limit on the amount of friend referrals. The more the merrier (and the more savings for you!).
-
Not eligible for discounted or credited registrations.
What should I pack?
We highly suggest you bring the items listed on this packing list with you on the retreat for the mountain biking portions of the retreat.
Do I provide the bike?
Yes! Each participant is responsible for arriving at the retreat with their own bike and helmet to use throughout the retreat. eMTBs are not allowed at retreats per local trail regulations.
There are several wonderful bike shops that rent mountain bikes. If you want to find a particular brand of bike, send us an email (agnes@shredly.com) and we can point you in the right direction.
Is the lodging single occupancy?
The standard rate for the retreat includes shared lodging (2 persons per room). During the registration process, you can provide a name if you prefer to room with a specific participant.
Want Single Occupancy?
You can! There is an upgrade option during registration, and for an additional fee you can have a single occupancy room.
Where is the lodging?
We’ve partnered with the great folks at Field Station in Moab, UT and Park City Peaks in Park City, UT. They are both beautiful establishments that we keep going back to year after year.
Field Station in Moab has a fun, adventurous, outdoor inspired decor. It’s a vibe, and we think you’re going to love it.
Park City Peaks in Park City has a warm mountain chalet decor. It’s so cozy, you’ll want to stay longer.
What food is provided?
Your retreat registration will include breakfast on all three mornings and lunch and dinner on days 2 and 3. We’ll also have delicious trail snacks and an electrolyte hydration mix for you each day.
What is the cancellation policy?
