Meet the women behind SHREDLY, a women’s mountain bike and outdoor apparel company that combines art and fashion to create beautiful performance and lifestyle apparel.
Ashley
FOUNDER, CEO, DESIGNER
Although Ashley grew up in the mountains of Colorado, she used to dream of living in a big city as a high-end fashion designer. After a design internship in Florence, Italy she realized two things: she simultaneously never wanted to leave Italy and she belonged in the mountains. Not only did Ashley end up back in the mountains but she found herself dreaming of beautiful bike shorts instead of eveningwear which led to the founding of SHREDLY - something Ashley now believes she was always meant to do.

Camber
MARKETING MANAGER
Camber serves as SHREDLY’s Marketing Manager assisting with all the behind-the-scenes details. Her love of marketing strategy, content creation, and visual storytelling are just a couple of the reasons why she is a valuable member of our team. In her free time, Camber can be found with a paintbrush in hand using all the colors to recreate the moments from her favorite outdoor adventures, playing in the snowy mountains, or exploring the desert trails.

Julie
BRANDING + DIGITAL CONTENT
Julie handles all things email and keeps our curated content on-brand while guiding our overarching marketing strategy and brand voice. Away from work, she stays busy keeping up with her two over-stoked children, sneaking to the Utah desert for climbing and biking trips, and stalking trout in her backyard streams. Favorite trail: Anything that ends with a swim, no matter how cold or impractical.

OPS + CUSTOMER CARE LEAD
If you are emailing SHREDLY, there is a 98% chance you are talking to Meg! She can usually be found traveling in her ambulance turned home-on-wheels with her partner and two pups. When she isn't replying to your emails, she can be found on the trails or on some sort of type 2 adventure - sometimes on purpose, usually on accident.

Agnès
Content Wrangler
Agnès is a mountain biker, yogi, and world adventurer. When adulting, she is a marketer and graphic designer. Born and raised in the South of France, she now calls Oregon’s high desert home. Nothing is more fun to her than riding her backyard trails and traveling the world with her mountain bike in tow. Add good food and coffee (duh!) and her life is complete!
