[APPLICATION CLOSED]
FIELD
MARKETER JOB DESCRIPTION

This role has been filled! If you applied you should have received an email on 5/19/26 from hr@shredly.com.

SHREDLY is a women’s mountain bike and outdoor apparel company that combines art and fashion to create beautiful performance and lifestyle apparel. Our goal: to ignite excitement for adventure using an artful approach to technical design. We are female founded and operated, community driven, sustainably minded, and on a mission to offer women and girls of all shapes and sizes the best selection of technical apparel.

We’re looking for a hands-on FIELD MARKETER to work with the Events Manager to help make our events run like clockwork. You’ll be the road warrior who makes sure each event SHREDLY participates in is executed seamlessly. If you thrive on organization, love people, and want to see the brand in action on the road, this is the role for you.

WHO YOU ARE

You’re charismatic, outgoing, and crave the thrill of collaborating with a small creative team while representing a brand you believe in. You thrive on independence, love being out in the world, and want to bring the SHREDLY vibe everywhere you go—festival fields, mountain trailheads, and between stacks of bold, buttery-soft merch.

You’re the ultimate SHREDLY storyteller—a behind-the-wheel road warrior and front-of-house experience curator. You’re organized, adaptable, passionate, and not afraid to troubleshoot and laugh along the way.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Field Marketer, you’ll be the face of SHREDLY on the road—bringing our brand to life at events, festivals, expos, and pop-up activations across the country. Not only will you coordinate and execute memorable experiences, but you’ll also be dialing in logistics, managing event inventory, and fostering community wherever you go.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Event Coordination & Execution

  • Execute the seasonal event schedule with Event Manager support
  • Work with event manager on pre-trip logistics, event execution and post event debriefs
  • Drive SHREDLY truck and traveling boutique (tow behind trailer) to each event
  • Oversee on the ground event staff
  • Set up and merchandise an eye-catching SHREDLY experience at each event
  • Operate mobile POS system, process transactions, and track on-site sales accurately
  • Provide engaging, memorable customer experiences that embody SHREDLY’s energy
  • Forge relationships with attendees, partners, and other vendors

Logistics & Planning

  • Work in tandem with Event Manager to ensure all travel and lodging logistics are handled with a sharp eye on efficiency and sustainability
  • Manage event inventory (receive and organize new shipments, conduct inventory counts as needed, provide replenishment requests)
  • Provide input to Event Manager regarding on-the-road inventory replenishment and other needs
  • Execute unique activation opportunities and collaborations at each event, provide input for activation ideas
  • Keep wheels turning—literally—with solid time management, navigation skills, and organization
  • Perform vehicle and trailer inspections prior to and after each event, inform event manager of any needs, take vehicle in for service as needed
  • Maintain balance: prioritizing self-care and fun amid the hustle of travel

    Team Collaboration

    • Execute event goals and results with SHREDLY’s brand objectives
    • Communicate needs clearly and consistently with the event manager and marketing team
    • Capture and deliver social content from the road to bring the community along for the ride
    • Provide insight and feedback to support future brand and product decisions

You'd Be GREAT At This If You…

    • Have experience in events, field marketing, retail, or outdoor industry roles
    • Love talking to people and helping them find gear that makes them feel great
    • Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
    • Can troubleshoot while keeping spirits high and outcomes positive
    • Are resourceful, reliable, organized, and thrive in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
    • Embrace sustainability, inclusivity, and the joy of making spaces and experiences feel welcoming to all
    • Bonus if you’ve driven/towed large vehicles or managed events/activations before

    ✨ Igniting excitement for adventure

    🎨 Celebrating self-expression

🌈 Creating community + welcoming all

    💪 Inspiring confidence

    💾 Being customer-obsessed
