SHREDLY Hype Crew

The Hype Crew Tour is a 1-year contract assignment (starting March/April).

We are looking for…

• The right duo - two individuals that are entrepreneurial, success-driven, and outgoing with an appetite for adventure
• Have a desire to see the country, calling an RV home with the traveling SHREDLY boutique in-tow
• Spokes/sales people for SHREDLY who positively represent the brand at events, expos, activations, and a variety of other activities
• Individuals craving the autonomy and flexibility of running their own program, embracing the challenges of a hyper-fluid experience and exhibiting adaptability and resourcefulness
• Confidence in ability to drive or learning to drive an RV and trailer

Responsibilities include…

Event Coordination and Execution:

• Coordinate, plan and attend events. You’ll be in charge of finalizing the event schedule, dreaming up the ways you’ll make each experience special, and then executing the plan
• Ensure merchandising of events looks fabulous and provide customers with enjoyable and memorable shopping experiences
  
• Pack up after the party is over and leave space/venue better than it was
• Handle on-site hiccups with the charm, because every event needs a touch of humor
  
• Make friends on the road, forge partnerships and seek unique collaborations

Logistics and Planning:

• Master the art of coordinating travel, lodging, RV maintenance and upkeep - all the logistics that come with life on the road and seasonal event schedules
  
• Be the chief navigator, turning every road trip into a fun-filled adventure
• Manage schedule with environmental mindfulness
• Create opportunities for customers + community to engage with the crew
• Manage event inventory and replenishments
• Manage self-care and mental health
  

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with SHREDLY team to align event goals with company objectives
• Coordinate and communicate crew needs to ensure events are executed successfully
• Provide fun social content from the road that allows our community to enjoy the tour with you
  

What You Need to Bring…

• Previous experience in creating cool events or driving/towing large vehicles a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are an absolute must
• A valid driver’s license and favorable driving record (will be requested)
• Quick on your feet, able to think on the fly
• Outgoing, friendly, passionate personality
• Desire/ability to spend the year on the road
• Organized, reliable, team player
• Natural tendency to take care of things (like a home on wheels)
