We're sorry, but once your order is processed for shipment, we’re not able to make any changes to your order.
For shipping inquiries, once you have the carrier tracking number, we recommend you contact the carrier directly to change the delivery address.
All orders are fulfilled and shipped within 3 business days. We like to surprise you with a turnaround even quicker than that, though please plan for 3 business days before you receive a shipment notification email with tracking information.
Once a package leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for its delivery. If the tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your family and neighbors. If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact our customer service and we’ll help however we can. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
We’re sorry about that. If possible, we recommend you check around the delivery location (think: porch, garage, side or back door) and inquire with neighbors.
Sometimes a carrier marks a package as delivered in error. This is often resolved at the end of the day and almost always within 2 days. If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of the carrier marking your order as delivered, please reach out to hello@shredly.com.
Yes, when an item is purchased internationally it is subject to the regulations of the country where you are receiving the package. Please note that you as the buyer are solely responsible for paying these duties and taxes (import tariffs) on top of the price and shipping costs of the products you purchase from SHREDLY.

eGift Cards are delivered via email. All purchases of eGift Cards are non-refundable.
Any return initiated for an order that used a gift card as full or partial payment will receive the total refund amount in the form of a new gift code to use for purchases made in our online store.
We find that our shorts run pretty true to size. Please consider the size that you normally wear in your favorite pair of jeans and order accordingly.
Note that our size chart is simply a guide and the measurements refer to YOUR BODY, not the specs of the clothing. If you are always a size 6 and the size chart leads you astray, we recommend you still go for a size 6.
All prices on our website are displayed in US Dollars. All purchases are processed in US Dollars.
If an item is brand new, unworn with tags still attached, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days from date of purchase. Items that have been worn or do not include the original tags will not be eligible for return.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
Our extended holiday return policy includes any items purchased between November 21 and December 24 can be returned until January 31.
Any ineligible items returned will be denied a refund and will be sent back to you. If returned items meet these conditions but require any treatment to restore them to their original, salable condition, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund (wrinkled in a ball, covered with dog hair, smell of deodorants, lotions or perfumes and etc.).
Unlock worry-free returns and exchanges when you opt in at checkout. We understand the uncertainty that comes with shopping online, especially for clothing. All orders that opt in, will be eligible for free returns and exchanges (excluding items marked as final sale or exchange only) and will have their $8 handling fee waived. This offer is optional and available to our domestic customers.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund (minus the $8 label fee if you did not opt in to free returns and exchanges at checkout with your original order) to the credit card used at time of purchase, which you’ll see within 5-10 business days.
Please note that any return initiated for an order that used a gift card as full or partial payment will receive the total refund amount in the form of a store credit.
Lastly, during our busy times it can take up to 3 weeks to process your return.
To process an exchange, complete a return as you normally would by entering your order number and zip code. Our returns portal will walk you through your different exchange options where you may return for a different size/color or a completely different item. If you opted into receiving free returns and exchanges at checkout with your original order, you can return or exchange for free.
Yes! There is a gift return option when processing your return. You'll need the original order number (found on the packing slip) and the shipping zip code in order to initiate the return. From the returns portal, you'll be able to select the item you wish to return/exchange. If you're unable to complete your order or would like to opt for store credit, please email hello@shredly.com.

SHREDLY proudly guarantees the quality and performance of all our products. Items with defects in materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of SHREDLY for the practical lifetime of the product. Material refers to zippers, snaps, Velcro, elastic, and fabrics.
Workmanship refers to seams and construction. Damage due to wear and tear such as abrasion, rips, tears, or UV degradation, misuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty policy but may be repairable for a fee.
All gear will suffer from differing degrees of wear-and-tear, depending upon the user. Products used by an outdoor guide for 150 days a year will, by comparison, degrade faster than gear used by a weekend rider. By taking care of your product you will ensure a longer lifetime for your gear. We recommend that you follow the care instructions on the garment tags for how to wash and care for your SHREDLY.
Use your judgment when assessing whether your product is likely to be covered under our warranty policy. It may simply be time to replace your product, and we hope that SHREDLY will have the opportunity to provide you with superior quality products and service in the future.

*All warranty items must be cleaned. Soiled garments will be sent out to a cleaning service prior to the repair and an additional charge for that service will apply.
