GIFT CERTIFICATE
Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes, and thank you for thinking of SHREDLY as a gift! You can purchase an eGift Card in set denominations by clicking here.
eGift Cards are delivered via email. All purchases of eGift Cards are non-refundable.
How do I recieve my refund if I used a gift certificate to make my purchase?
Any return initiated for an order that used a gift card as full or partial payment will receive the total refund amount in the form of a new gift code to use for purchases made in our online store.
PRODUCTS & SIZING
What size am I?
We find that our shorts run pretty true to size. Please consider the size that you normally wear in your favorite pair of jeans and order accordingly. Note that our size chart is simply a guide and the measurements refer to YOUR BODY, not the specs of the clothing. If you are always a size 6 and the size chart leads you astray, we recommend you still go for a size 6.

What form of currency are your prices in?
All prices on our website are displayed in US Dollars. All purchases are processed in US Dollars.
SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped within 3 business days. We like to surprise you with a turnaround even quicker than that, though please plan for 3 business days before you receive a shipment notification email with tracking information.
**During these unprecedented pandemic times, we could experience longer than normal processing times. Please potentially allow an additional 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped on top of our normal 1-2 business days. This even applies to orders placed with an expedited shipping method. Thank you in advance for your patience as we work as fast as we can to process all of your much appreciated orders. **
What if there is an issue with delivery?
Once a package leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for its delivery. If the tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your family and neighbors. If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact our customer service and we’ll help however we can. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! Shipping options are displayed at checkout. Please note that when tracking packages sent via USPS, the ability to track through the USPS website may stop once the package has left the United States. Please allow two to three weeks for your package to be delivered after tracking shows it has arrived to your country.
I am buying from outside the United States, will I have to pay import duty and or tax?
Yes, when an item is purchased internationally it is subject to the regulations of the country where you are receiving the package. Please note that you as the buyer are solely responsible for paying these duties and taxes (import tariffs) on top of the price and shipping costs of the products you purchase from SHREDLY.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
If an item is brand new, unworn with tags still attached, we will gladly accept your return within 60 days from date of purchase. Items that have been worn or do not include the original tags will not be eligible for return.
Any ineligible items returned will be denied a refund and will be sent back to you. If returned items meet these conditions but require any treatment to restore them to their original, salable condition, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund (wrinkled in a ball, covered with dog hair, smell of deodorants, lotions or perfumes and etc.).
Our domestic friends can use the return shipping method of their choice or elect to be provided a prepaid USPS Priority shipping label and a flat rate of $8 will be deducted from the final refunded amount. We are unable to provide return labels for international shoppers.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund (minus the $8 label fee) to the credit card used at time of purchase, which you’ll see within 5-10 business days.
Please note that any return initiated for an order that used a gift card as full or partial payment will receive the total refund amount in the form of a store credit.
Lastly, during our busy times it can take up to 3 weeks to process your return.
Extended Holiday Return Period
Purchases made between November 1, 2022, and December 25, 2022, have an extended returns period through January 30, 2023.
How do I process an exchange?
Our process for exchange is to return the original item, then you’ll need to place a new order for the correct size. As stock is constantly changing, this better ensures you’ll get the size you need while it’s still available! Once we receive the return we’ll issue a refund back to the original credit card used at time of purchase.
Is gift exchange an option?
Yes! There is a gift return option when processing your return. You'll need the original order number (found on the packing slip) and the shipping zip code in order to initaite the return. Once we have received the return we'll issue a store credit which can be used toward something else at www.SHREDLY.com.
What if the item I received is defective?
Bummer! We're happy to help get that taken care of for you. Please email us with photos at hello@shredly.com.
WARRANTY
Is my item covered under warranty?
SHREDLY proudly guarantees the quality and performance of all our products. Items with defects in materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of SHREDLY for the practical lifetime of the product. Material refers to zippers, snaps, Velcro, elastic and fabrics. Workmanship refers to seams and construction. Damage due to wear and tear such as abrasion, rips, tears, or UV degradation, misuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty policy but may be repairable for a fee.
All gear will suffer from differing degrees of wear-and-tear, depending upon the user. Product used by an outdoor guide for 150 days a year will by comparison, degrade faster than gear used by a weekend rider. By taking care of your product you will ensure a longer lifetime for your gear. We recommend that you follow the care instructions on the garment tags for how to wash and care for your SHREDLY. Use your judgment when assessing whether your product is likely to be covered under our warranty policy. It may simply be time to replace your product, and we hope that SHREDLY will have the opportunity to provide you with superior quality products and service in the future.

*All warranty items must be cleaned. Soiled garments will be sent out to a cleaning service prior to the repair and an additional charge for that service will apply.
