All orders are fulfilled and shipped within 3 business days. We like to surprise you with a turnaround even quicker than that, though please plan for 3 business days before you receive a shipment notification email with tracking information.

Please note that when tracking packages sent via USPS, the ability to track through the USPS website may stop once the package has left the United States. Please allow two to three weeks for your package to be delivered after tracking shows it has arrived to your country.
Yes, when an item is purchased internationally it is subject to the regulations of the country where you are receiving the package. Please note that you as the buyer are solely responsible for paying these duties and taxes (import tariffs) on top of the price and shipping costs of the products you purchase from SHREDLY.
If an item is brand new, unworn with tags still attached, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days from date of purchase. Items that have been worn or do not include the original tags will not be eligible for return.

Any ineligible items returned will be denied a refund and will be sent back to you. If returned items meet these conditions but require any treatment to restore them to their original, salable condition, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund (wrinkled in a ball, covered with dog hair, smell of deodorants, lotions or perfumes and etc.).
We provide a USPS Priority shipping label for your return and a flat rate of $8 will be deducted from your final refunded amount.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund (minus the $8 label fee) to the credit card used at time of purchase, which you’ll see within 5-10 business days. Please note that during our busy times it can take up to 3 weeks to process your return.
Our process for exchange is to return the original item, then you’ll need to place a new order for the correct size. As stock is constantly changing, this better ensures you’ll get the size you need while it’s still available! Once we receive the return we’ll issue a refund back to the original credit card used at time of purchase.
Yes! There is a gift return option when processing your return. You'll need the original order number (found on the packing slip) and the shipping zip code in order to initaite the return. Once we have received the return we'll issue a store credit which can be used toward something else at www.SHREDLY.com.
SHREDLY proudly guarantees the quality and performance of all our products. Items with defects in materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of SHREDLY for the practical lifetime of the product. PLEASE NOTE: Product damaged through wear and tear, abrasion caused from external factors or objects, misuse, or neglect may be repaired at a nominal charge if deemed possible after inspection.
