Join SHREDLY’s founder, Ashley Rankin, along side special guest and co-host Marley Blonsky, SHREDLY athlete and Co-Founder of All Bodies on Bikes, and Momentum Mountain Biking for an incredible three-day retreat in Moab, UT.

What makes this retreat special? Think daily guided instructional mountain bike rides, daily rejuvenating yoga sessions, and evenings filled with delicious food and conversation. The cherry on top: enjoy thoughtful MTB festival vibes sprinkled throughout the entire weekend!

Event exclusives will be waiting for you around every corner that includes product goodies, private access to the newest gear from SHREDLY, and creative off-bike sessions you won’t want to miss (did someone say tie-dye?) that will light your fire and make this your best year of MTB yet.

Unique to this Retreat

Marley will be lead a Body Love session where participants will be invited to an open and supported discussion around finding joy, love, and compassion for their bodies. Using a weight-neutral framework, participants will be guided through a series of activities and discussions on finding power and love for their bodies, regardless of body size.

Retreat participants can expect a joyful, welcoming community where the following values are upheld and actively practiced:

  • Body size exists on a spectrum and our lived experiences are not the same as other people’s in similar or differently-sized bodies than ours. We recognize that many factors impact this, but especially race, country of origin, mobility level, and income level.

  • We ride bikes for joyful movement and appreciate all forms and paces of bike riding.

  • We strive to be a body-neutral zone. That means we don’t talk about dieting, weight loss, weight gain, food restrictions, etc.

  • We celebrate our bodies for what they can do. Wherever they are at today, we say thank you, and give it the fuel, water, and rest it needs to perform at our best, each and every day.

About Marley

Co-founder of the 501c3 non-profit, All Bodies on Bikes, Marley is a self-described “fat adventure cyclist” and bike advocate who believes that every person, no matter their weight, gender, race or perceived ability belongs on a bicycle and is on a mission to foster inclusive bike communities around the country. As part of the All Bodies on Bikes mission, Marley is dedicated to educating and changing the industry as well as ensuring access to safe and comfortable biking equipment.
