Small business owner, MTB Coach, youth mentor, and substitute teacher.

What are your sports, hobbies & interests?

I love mountain biking, running, winter and water adventures. I am interested in continuing to connect to people and places through adventures in the outdoors. I am also a mom and that keeps me pretty interested :) 

Do you have any pets?

We have a rescue dog named Sumei.

What's your favorite food?

Any candy.

SHREDLY has always inspired self-expression and community connection. Those things align with me. I honestly love adventuring in style. It is a way of life for me.

What is a bucket list item you have yet to check off?

Ride my bike internationally.

What is your dream mountain biking destination and why?

I have always wanted to mountain bike in Nepal. 

What song or album are you playing on repeat right now?

I'm all over with music at this time. Nothing is on repeat. lol

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?

"Get out of your own way."

Tell us about your favorite way of adventuring.

My favorite way to adventure is to wear a fabulous outfit that makes me feel good, have all the snacks and sparkles and have as much fun as possible with a little suffering mixed in.
