What are your sports, hobbies & interests?

Mountain biking (obvi), skiing, hiking and basically all things outdoors.  I also love traveling with my dog, exploring new places, eating pasta and all things baked goods, hunting for the best ice cream shops and getting lost for hours in a thrift store.  

Do you have any pets?

Gracie Mae, my little diva pitty! 

What's your favorite food?

Noodles!!  Italian and asian noods are the wayt to my heart.

Dare I say all of them??  I love how SHREDLY aligns with my personal mission to help women feel comfortable and capable on their bikes while creating a community where everyone feels seen and understood. I also aim to help women adventure in style by helping them wear strength & confident as a statement piece.

What is a bucket list item you have yet to check off?

Traveling to Italy and biking around the country eating noodles and drinking wine in every town I stop in.  

What is your dream mountain biking destination and why?

Dolomites and New Zealand!

Stevie Nicks!  I love her 24 Karat Gold Album.

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?

Movement is a privilege, not a right, so honor every step you're gifted to take. 

Tell us about your favorite way of adventuring.

Solo with dog. Just the two of us driving to a new or favorite destination while sharing car snacks  and making all the memories with my soulmate for as long as I can.
