Mountain biking, kayaking, reading, traveling, gardening, learning, teaching, spending time with my critters.

Penelope Wink (cat), Flynn Lizard (dog), Randy (man baby) - a laugh for y'all and me but maybe leave the last part out...or not!*

Whatever you're making! I love all food.

Which of SHREDLY's values personally align with you?

Women-owned, striving for 100% recycled materials (environmental sustainability), "Fix it before you ditch it". I just think Ashley and the entire SHREDLY crew are lovely humans!

Vented - All Time -Zipper Snap Mid-Rise Pant. I'm always sad when pants season is over! 

What is a bucket list item you have yet to check off?

A trip on the Grand Canyon of the Colorado River and it's happening in August (2025)!!!

What is your dream mountain biking destination and why?

I have so many but I'll say Thailand, because Thai food and bikes!!

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?

Chin up, chest out, shine bright! Don't worry about what other people think cause those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind. Ya don't get better being an eddy flower.

Through mountain biking, whitewater kayaking and my belly!
