What size am I?
We find that our shorts run pretty true to size. Please consider the size that you normally wear in your favorite pair of jeans and order accordingly. Note that our size chart is simply a guide and the measurements refer to your body, not the specs of the clothing. If you are usually a size 6 and the size chart leads you astray, we recommend you still go with a size 6.

It's all about the waistband and comfort. I'm new to the sport at age 54 and I don't need to feel like a stuffed sausage in the saddle. I could wear these shorts all day. I definitely need them in the 7" version.
