These shorts are very flattering and I do love the scalloped edge, however, as a few others have mentioned, without the pad and without the crotch being gusseted, the camel toe is real...I suppose I could wear underwear underneath, but that kind of defeats the purpose of the nice, tight, smooth look of the shorts. A little crotch gusset would go a long way! With that fix, these shorts would be perfect. As far as sizing, I find them to be true to size. I generally wear a size 0 in the baggies and got these in an xs. I am 5'4" and around 115 lbs.

Great shorts, I love them for hiking and just hanging out. Thee gripping around the bottom of each keeps things in place and the detail is really cute. Got lots of compliments!

When I ordered these I thought they were cycling shorts with the saddle padding, so I was a little disappointed when I got them. That said, I love them for workin out and casual fashion wear. They are super cute, have good pockets and a little tummy control. I wear them a lot.

Pros: scalloped detailing is beautiful
Cons: the waist is stiff and uncomfortable even after wearing them for a while.
-These run small compared to other shredly MTB shorts.
-Crotch isn’t gusseted… camel toe anyone?

The scalloped detailing on the legs is beautiful and very flattering, but the waist does not do my post-baby skin any favors. I tried wearing them for a longer period of time like one of the other reviewer‘s, but the waist is so tight that I felt suffocated. The waist band is not elastic like you would expect, but a stiff material almost like Spanx. I’ve ordered XS MTB shorts in the past and found them to be too big, but this extra small is way too tight. Last complaint is that the crotch is not gusseted meaning it’s just a straight seam line from front to back; you can’t get away without wearing underwear with these shorts or you’ll show off the contours of everything down there.

I accidentally ordered these thinking they were padded. I ended up keeping them and love them. I wear them for all kinds of workouts (not just short rides) but also under dresses and skirts!! I love the feminine detailing in the scalloping. I ended up ordering some padded cycling shorts like them and love those, too! Highly recommend.

These shorts seemed too tight to me at first and then I wore them to the gym where I observed them in the mirror. Wow, these shorts are so FLATTERING!! The shorts made me look so good (and I am 68 years old) that my husband kept complimenting me and urged me to wear the shorts on our next visit.
So, should you get a pair? YES!!

the number of cat calls about my butt increases every time I wear them.
