Celebrating Kindness - Call for Nominations

Every community has people who make a difference—neighbors, volunteers, mentors, and friends. This Giving Tuesday, we’re spotlighting their kindness and paying it forward.

Submit a nomination to recognize someone who’s made an impact, no matter how big or small. We’ll be choosing 5 nominees to receive free gear as a gesture of gratitude.

How It Works

1. Submit a Nomination
Tell us who they are and how they’ve made a positive impact—whether it’s a single act of kindness or ongoing service.

2. We Celebrate Their Impact
We’ll read every nomination and highlight the kindness already happening around us.

3. Surprise & Delight
At the end of the campaign, 5 nominees will be selected to receive gear as a small thank-you for their generosity.

To ensure a fair and unbiased selection process:

• All nominations are anonymized during initial review (personal details are removed when possible).

• Every nomination is scored using the same criteria, focused on impact, initiative, and inspiration.

• A diverse review group will review the nominations so decisions aren’t shaped by one person’s perspective.

• Final selections are based strictly on the scored criteria.

What Selected Nominees will Receive

Each selected nominee will receive their choice of a SHREDLY top or bottom, plus their choice of socks or gloves. And if they’re open to it, we’d love to help share the work they’re doing to inspire others.

Important Dates

• December 2 – Nominations open
• December 16 – Last day to nominate
• December 17–31 – All entries carefully reviewed
• January 6–13 – We’ll reach out to the nominees chosen
