What is your favorite thing to do in SHREDLY that is not on two wheels?
How many days a year do you think you wear your SHREDLY?
Less than I’d like because I live in Breckenridge, which has an endless winter at 10,000 feet!
What is your favorite pattern?
the ASHLEY – because, peacock feathers!
What is your all-time favorite trail to ride?
That’s an impossible question! My backyard trail system in Breckenridge is amazing, Phil’s World in Cortez is giggly fun, and I love riding in Fruita and Moab.
What is your day job?
I am a humanitarian and an activist for women’s rights in Afghanistan. I am the founder of a nonprofit, Mountain2Mountain, and the author of two books, including my memoir, Mountain to Mountain. Currently I’m producing a film, Afghan Cycles, about the first generation of Afghan women to ride bikes with an all female film crew.
What is your dream job?
The one I have!
What do you think the secret to happiness is?
Doing what you love, surrounding yourself with people that are doing what they love, and remembering that life is short, so make it amazing!
