Recycled Products

This big beautiful world gives us a lot… amazing trails, brilliant wildflowers and endless mountains to explore. Since we are putting more stuff out there, we have a responsibility to do our part to reduce, reuse and recycle.

We’re committed to supporting a more circular economy by integrating recycled materials into our products. We’ve even started to develop new, more eco-friendly fabrics when we can’t find what we’re looking for. In 2019 over 70% of our styles utilized recycled materials. We're proud to say that 100% of the styles in our 2021 collection contain recycled materials!

What does that mean, you ask? Thanks for asking. That means that any of our products that use polyester only use 100% recycled polyester. For example our short fabric is made of a polyester/spandex blend. Spandex is the stretchy part of the fabric that we like for a comfy fit. This fiber is harder to find/make recycled so we're still working on that, but all of our poly used only comes from 100% recycled polyester. Which means that 89% of the fabric used to make our shorts comes from a recycled polyester.

Our ecoFAB tops are made of a proprietary fabric we developed because we wanted something that would combine performance fibers with sustainable materials so we blended recycled polyester with a natural fiber that is renewable and biodegradable offering great moisture management and very soft hand. 

We also love to find fun ways to repurpose the scrap material leftover from production and sampling, and have had fun making all different kinds of ACCESSORIES out of them. If you have any ideas for other fun accessories, we’d love to hear from you!
