Runs very small and snug. It felt like a size four or six when I ordered an eight. I am 5’9 and 147 lbs-athletic build. I really need at least a ten in Shredly gear because I just hate biking in tight clothes. Quality looked nice, bummed I had to return it.
Reese A.
The waste band is awful… pinches my size 0 mommy skin rolls in s way I really dislike
Chelsea O.
Fit like a glove
Cuyla D.
Great fit! Not too bulky! Love the light breathable mesh!
Jeanette N.
Purchased my shorts less than a year ago and have rotated them out with others I have. They slowly lost their hold on the legs and now completely ride up in a very uncomfortable way. No longer useable. Love Shredly shorts but these are disappointing.
Kerri B.
It took a bit to find the right fit, but these are great!
Kristin L.
I’ve purchased several items and these fit extremely small Compared to my previous purchases. I am normally a size 2 to 4 and ordered a size 4. It cuts in in all the wrong places.
Brittany T.
I have a few pairs of padded shorts and these are by far my favorite! They stay in place and pad in all the right places
Kirsten W.
This chamois is my favorite of any I have ever owned! I love it so much that I have three of them. They are comfortable to wear all day, because they have a wider waistband and are made of a breathable mesh material. Also, the padding works better for me than any others, it just seems to fit right. For reference, I am 5'8" and 140 lb. and I wear a size 8 (one size up from the shorts). Try one, you will be hooked!
Theresa H.
I won’t buy any other chamois but these. I own 6 pairs. They are so comfortable! I dont even notice them when riding. I am so glad I discovered these 2 years ago. I threw out all my other padded chamois and refuse to wear anything else.
Erika N.
True to size. These are my absolutely favorite padded shorts
Monica C.
It's hard find liners that fit right for my body type. I love these!! They are so comfortable and fit perfectly. I will definitely be purchasing more!
Shiela W.
Absolutely love these liner shorts. Very comfortable. I feel the size was right on! I will be buying more for stock. The quality is great, I have tried others in the past and by far these are the best.
Dana O.
Very comfortable!!!
Cindy L.
These work great for late season riding under heavier tights
The elastic lies flat and pad is good.
Ashley W.
Choose photo? Of my un-tanned parts! NOPE! Aside from that, these are the BEST CHAMI’s ever! They don’t move, wiggle nor otherwise irritate in any shape, form nor fashion! Kudos to the &Shredly team for creating the miracle chami! ❤️‼️ They are baggy (and still do not irritate or move). I am very short, large “girls”, hips and short waist. 5’4”, 138#. Full time VP executive, trail riding only on the weekends and 30 days out of the year when on Vaca. Go with @shredly and don’t look back! Love!
Ashley R.
Super comfy and breathable
Catherine G.
I found these well made and comfortable for mid distance rides(25mi). I think I would like a ‘beefier’ chamois if I were going 35+miles.
Janet W.
This short is very comfortable with a great fit. I'm a slender gal and not very curvy and the shorts fit perfectly
X. The yoga like pant top is also a comfy winner. I also bought the liner. Perfect match.
Sharon S.
I enjoy these very much. They don’t squeeze my muffin too and the legs don’t ride up. They don’t make my butt look lumpy. What more can I ask for?
Cassie B.
Chamios seems a bit more than my other two but still good. My other 2 pairs are a size 4 but this seems pair a bit more snug. I would have exchanged for a size 6 but am on an extended bikepacking tour and couldn't wait for another to arrive. Has been working so far.
Maggie C.
first two times wearing it was bulky. 3rd seems ok. but today noticed a tear in the seam and a hole. so I will not buy these again. i’ve had liners for YEARS and they never tore.
Wendy S.
I own 3 pair of curvy MTB shorts in size 6, I bought this liner is size 6 as well. It was too small, and the waist band falls about 4" below the curvy waist band. The correct size would have helped, but as it was I had a huge fat tire around my middle between the waist bands. Because the waist band is so low, I will not be trying in a bigger size.
Shannon C.
Super comfortable liners. Stay in place & don’t create a leg line under my shorts. I wish the waste was slightly higher, but still a great addition to my kit
Connie R.
These Liners do the job out on the trails.....no adjusting needed!!!
Mary N.
The sham has wayyy too much padding. Saves your ass whilst sacrificing you lady bits. Instant numbness and unbearable pressure. These are unwearable. (I have average sized lady bits and use a seat with a cutout, and still this mattress is unbearably fat). I’m surprised these were designed by women ♀️
Amy B.
The best chamois I have ever ridden in!
Kim S.
After two washings, I've noticed the elastic in the waistband is coming apart and picking through. I contacted the company and was informed this is common and offered a slight discount rather than a replacement. They need to modify their design. Unacceptable.
Maggie C.
Got the 16 b/c they said size up but it felt too big & I wasn’t sure if it would stretch so returned it for a 14 now it’s too tight. But maybe I was used to too loose chamois. Hoping it’ll stretch. A bit. Or I lose 20Lbs which is likely haha!
Emilyn Jean L.
the texture of the cloth is a bit rough, but fits well
Lindsay B.
5'6", 153#, thick thighs little waist. I measured a size 8 in the waist but a size 14 in the hips (thick thigh probs). I bought both a 12 and a 10 and decided to keep them both. The 12 is a tiny bit big in the waist and the 10 is a tiny bit tight in the thighs. I think I can make either one work but the 12 is a little more comfortable.
Carrie B.
I have two pairs of the Yogacham now and they are amazing. Absolutely the most comfortable, the wide elastic bands don't dig into your waist or thighs. They also breathe really well and have a great padded chamois.
Erin M.
Fit is good and comfortable so far. Only one ride at this point.
Karen M.
The shammy was a size too small but also tight on my slender 19 year old daughter who also felt that it was too low waisted for riding shorts. It basically felt like something sexy you'd wear instead of an athletic undergarment that you want to be comfortable.
Monica L.
These are wonderful chamois! Made of a light, breathable material, the Yoga Chamois fits under other shorts easily, and the padding is in the right spots. Thanks!
Rachelle
Just came back from an 86° humid ride. Kept me super comfy and dry, totally recommend, BUT size up. I have the exact same size in the lace version and they are a more comfortable fit. The band around the thigh is very tight and has no stretch. Size up unless you have thighs the size of toothpicks.
Peggy W.
definitely go by size guide and measurements rather than your "usual" size. I am normally a size 4 but ordered these in a size 8 according to the size guide and they fit perfectly.
Rhonda K.
Love the fabric and the fit.
Sandra C.
I was pretty excited to try these, but think I ordered one size too large.
Based on reviews, some people said they were tight on the thighs, so I went with an 8 instead of a 6. The chamois feels very comfortable while riding, but is too large for me, so not comfortable while walking. Thighs and waist fit well though.
So maybe unless your thighs are on the larger size, go with your normal size.
gloria m.
Love all your hike shorts. Can not wait to have my size 4
Catherine R.
Fits perfectly, very comfy and great cushion without feeling like a diaper
Bonnie S.
This sham fits funny. I am 5'0 and weigh about 120. tight in the legs, and low fit way below belly button on me so a bit awkward when riding. The sham is not articulated enough, giving it that baby diaper feel so that there is too much pressure where you don't want it--at the vulva area.
I am surprised frankly that a company that caters to women would have such an awkward fitting sham. For comparison, my favorite mtb shorts are sugoi RS Pro.
Halcyon P.
Super comfortable. No chafe. Good padding for a 2ish-hour or under ride.
Diane H.
These have become my favorite padded liners. I have a size smaller and a size that is same size as my shorts. It depends how snug you like the fit. These are so comfortable and so well made!
Crislyn S.
I bought the YogaChams (size 8) to go with the MTB Curvy Shorts (size 6). Despite sizing up based on other reviews, the YogaChams were tight in the thighs and lower butt and way too large in the waist. My MTB Curvy shorts fit perfectly. I'd be very happy if Shredly made a curvy MTB liner as the YogaChams are not made for curvy women.
Nancy G.
They fit well but the legs are too short and they ride up my thighs and get all bunched up. I will keep them and use on shorter rides. I live the smooth waistband and breathability of these and the padding is great. Just wish they didn’t ride and bunch up.
Sierra B.
This is my go-to chamois! By far more comfortable than my Dakine and Navara pairs. The wide waistband doesn’t dig in and I find the padding ample for spending lots of time in the saddle. I wear these with my Mtb curvy shorts and it’s an incredibly comfy duo.
Sara S.
Hoping you come out with a curvey chamois to go with the curvey shorts! Waist fits fine but could sit a bit higher and oh man did the legs cut off circulation in my thighs! Tad disappointed.
Joni M.
I'm 5'0", 96lbs and wear a 00 in the MTB SHORT which give me ample room. I ordered a size 0 in the YOGACHAM and am very glad that I did! I consider my thighs to be average for someone my size, but the thigh openings are tight. There would be no way that I could fit into 00 in the YOGACHAM. Other than the sizing, I like these shorts. They fit nicely under the Shredly shorts as well as my running capris.
christy h.
These are super nice. I ordered the size up as recommended and they fit perfect.
Stephanie B.
These fit small so I upsized and boy am I glad I did!
Kimberly M.
This is a great chamois! True to fit, very comfortable and up for big miles. I recommend this for sure.
TRACEY A.
I'm 5 foot 7, 120 pounds. The size 0 fits perfectly. The padding is excellent for a day of mountain biking. I would recommend these to any serious riders.
Jeanne M.
Picked a yogacham to go under all my awesome Shredly MTB shorts.
They go the distance!
Liz G.
Tighter than expected, compared to Curvy shorts in the same size that fit great.
Vicki S.
I really wanted to like these padded liners. The waist was very low and the elastic on the legs ran very tight. I unfortunately returned them because the fit didn’t work for me.
Noelle C.
I initially ordered a size 6 (normal size is a 6), and I returned them for a size 8. If you have a bigger bottom, you may want to size up. I’m 5’4”, 123 lbs.
CARMEN D.
I purchased one pair to try them out and love them. They are very comfortable and I will definitely be buying more.
Jennifer S.
Fits great, super comfortable.
Lynnea R.
Love these so much that I ordered 2 more pairs. Please note - order one or two sizes larger than your Shredly shorts. I have thick thighs so I ordered 2 sizes up - they still fit my waist and don't constrict my legs - so, 2 sizes up was perfect for me!
Amie T.
By far my favorite bike liner - so comfortable that you forget you have them on. Ordered the same size as my normal pant size and fit perfectly!
Heather E.
Sized up one size and I'm so happy I did! Thanks to a previous review for this tip.
Lisa S.
These were great, went on a 24 mile bike ride and didn't have any discomfort after the ride. I ordered a size 8, I'm 5'4" and 137 lbs and they fit pretty well, not tight at all but hopefully they don't stretch out too much over time ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
heather s.
A little tight in the legs and loose in the waist for this curvy girl
Susan A.
Super comfy and awesome fit. No binding around the thighs and waist.
Shari D.
I took the advice to go up a size from my usual and am very glad I did. These liners are very comfortable and light.
Annie L.
Love everything about these shorts except the thighs - the bands around the thighs feel disproportionately snug compared to the rest. If the were 1/4 to 1/2 an inch bigger (or just made with more stretch) I'd wear these damn things to bed! I'm hoping the thighs stretch out over time..it's definitely not prohibitive, but it just doesn't make sense compared to the rest of these glorious pants. No need to size up or anything, just a fair warning!
Julie N.
Ordered same size as lace chamois. However I feel like the yoga sham is for girls who have thin thighs. These were uncomfortably tight on my thigh. Size 6, 135# 5'5" fits fine in the waist but I don't want my underclothes talking to me while I ride :/
Keeping, but don't love.
Mirna V.
While the shorts are excellent, these are lacking in that the inseam is very short--which makes these more of a hip-length waist. For a plus size rider like myself this makes them fairly uncomfortable as they keep rolling down while riding.
Karen P.
My third pair... I don’t wear any other now. Wore them on a 7 day hut to hit trip... no problems!
Elizabeth L.
Wanted to love these, fit was off for me, small and short waisted, sent them back.
Sarah M.
Part of me doesn't want to write a review so that they aren't sold out forever! I am obsessed with all things Shredly. These ladies nailed comfort so much so that my husband is hoping they'll make men's comfort shorts too. I will say this chamois fit much tighter than the one I bought two seasons ago, the fit use to be size down but now I ordered TTS. Definitely pair these with the mtb curvy shorts for the most comfortable ever ride!
Michelle P.
Love that these are breathable. The padding is just right - not diaper-like but provides enough cushion for a comfy ride. I’m 5’8” and 125lbs (lanky, boy-like figure) and a size 4 fits great. Snug like it should. No shifting around during a ride. Love these.
Grace G.
After reading reviews, I had high expectations for these! They are super light and breathable, and the padding is great. My issue was with the leg openings - I have an athletic build with muscular legs, and the bands at the bottom of the leg openings were a bit constricted, and rode up considerably while riding, rendering them unwearable. I really wanted to love these, but will have to pass them on to my sister who has a different build.
HEATHER C.
The yoga sham is my favorite chamois. It is super comfortable and breathable under baggies so it’s less sweaty and there is less chafe. Also love the wide thigh and waist bands so I don’t get pinching or rolling. I own multiple pairs.
Tamsen S.
Super comfortable and not too bulky.
Savannah W.
This is my new go to liner! DEFINITELY size up. I'm a size 2 in every pair of shorts I've bought from Shredly and I got these in a 4 based on the advice of other reviewers and still felt like I could've sized up. Once these are in place though, I hardly notice them and I certainly have less sit bone tenderness after a long ride.
Melissa M.
It does what it is supposed to do, but I feel like I may want to try something a little thinner. I have noticed that my sit bones do not hurt when I wear the chamois.
Jennifer D.
Love wearing these under shorts or pants and not looking like I’m wearing awkward cycling shorts. And the padding is perfect. Just the right amount. Pretty much the only chamois I’ll wear now.
Cara H.
I am so disappointed with the sizing on the YOGACHAM. The pad seems like it would be amazing to ride on, but the cut of the shorts does not work with my body. I have a 24" waist, 36" hip, and 21" thigh. Based on the size chart, I ordered size 4. I normally wear size 2 in bottoms. When the YOGACHAM arrived, I tried it on, only to find that the waist was really loose (though not problematic) and the thigh opening was SO tight that had I worn it to ride, it would have cut off my circulation, not to mention the fat rolls it created on my upper thighs that would not look cute even under baggies.
I really wish they used stretchier material (my other non-Shredly chamois shorts don't have this problem) or make the thigh measurement public information on the size chart.
The saddest part is that I have to PAY TO RETURN THESE which really makes me unwilling to just try another size. By the time I send all my exchanges back and forth, I will be out way more money than I am willing to spend. I am truly devastated.
Megan S.
I now have several pairs of these chams in my closest and they are the only ones that I grab! They fit perfectly and and so comfortable. I have also found them to be incredibly durable. I bought my first pair of these chams several years ago and it is still holding up! This will be my go-to cham from here on out!
Jessica S.
Great chamoix, nice padding in all of the right places, but the sizing between the shorts and the chamoix are WAY different. I'm 5'8" and 130 lbs. and ordered both shorts and chamoix in Size 4. The chamoix is quite snug around both the waist and the elastic band around the thighs. It fits and I have a feeling it will stretch with time, but in hindsight I would suggest sizing up (or true to size) for the chamoix.
Patricia N.
One of the best chamois I’ve ever worn!
Jessica D.
I love this chamois because it sits higher on my waist than my Fox one and isn’t as bulky. I actually pulled my shorts down at the trailhead the other day to adjust my knee pads and felt perfectly comfortable in just my chamois.
Paula C.
The fit is spot on - I'm 5'5" and run between 125-130 pounds, size 6 pants. I ordered a 6 and the fit is perfect. I can't tell that they are even on under my shorts, they stay in place and are very comfortable. The padding does it's job, and hits in the right spots. Lastly, I can keep these on under my shorts or pants if I go somewhere after my ride and you can't even tell that I have them on. Nothing bad I can think of to say about these!
Andrea S.
These chamois are so comfortable. The breathe well and provide awesome cushioning for a ride. I do wish the waist band came up just a tiny bit higher. But I still love them. Worth the money and super comfy.
Jennifer J.
Padding is great! However, I tend to have smaller waist and larger thighs so a little tight through the thighs and a little loose though the waist. My dog loved them too because he ate them for a snack :-(
Alisa B.
I've spent a couple of long-ish (3-4 hour) rides in these and they are very comfortable and fit well under my shredly curvy mtb shorts. Three only thing I'd change: the material is a tiny bit rough compared to typical spandex.
The waist band hits a little lower on my back than other bike shorts but it hasn't been a problem - don't notice it while riding. The chamois is the PERFECT thickness. Very comfortable without ever getting caught on my seat when I mount my bike (which sometimes happens with other brands).
Lori M.
Liner fits comfortably and doesn't ride up!
Leah B.
I’m happy with them but they are snug and a tiny bit low in the back. I sized up from my curvy shorts, and am glad I did, I’m wondering if I should have gone one more size. Over all I’m very happy with my Shreddlys
Kerri L.
By far the most comfortable chamois I've ever had! Loved the first pair I ordered so much I immediately ordered a second pair.
Emily C.
Possibly the best chamois I've ever had. Comfortable, non slip, accurate fit. Highly recommend!!
Deborah L.
I have two pair of your chamois to go with my shorts. I predominantly wear Castelli products as it was my sponsor on my team for the longest time and having racing road and mountain including long endurance events and stage races it was important to me to have the highest quality. I can safely say that this garment feels great when riding my mtb for long endurance rides, and provides all the comfort I need.
Kristy G.
All I have to say is FINALLY! After years of dealing with itchy seams and muffin top these fit like an absolute dream. Love the wide waist and leg bands and the padding is perfect, not too much or too thin. I usually wear a size 12/14 but ordered one size up (16) after reading some of the reviews and they fit perfect.
